Science courses at Central are designed to provide students with a well-rounded background in both Biological and Physical Science. Courses help students understand the concepts necessary to be informed citizens and consumers and prepare them for further study after high school.

The graduation requirements are Biology, Chemistry or Physics and a third year of science.

Biological science offerings include AP Biology, Biology, Environmental Biology, Human Anatomy and Physiology.

Physical science offerings include AP Chemistry, Chemistry, Physics, Oceanography & Meteorology, Geology & Astronomy.
