Our four year math program offers students a chance to build critical thinking, logic, and problem solving skills while working to meet the requirements of the Michigan Merit Curriculum.

At Central, students have the chance to study a variety of courses including Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus. These courses provide students the opportunity to develop skills and work ethic needed in all career paths.

The math department staff is dedicated to helping our students learn the mathematics that will make them successful after graduation. Teachers use a variety of instructional techniques to meet different learning styles with intervention available for those requiring additional academic support.
